Langkawi Island, the largest of the 99 islands in Langkawi archipelago in the azure Andaman Sea. It was given a World Geopark status by UNESCO in 2007 and it is also gazetted a duty-free zone in Malaysia.

If you simply love nature, join a trek into the rainforest or explore the waterfalls, kayak through the mangroves in Kilim Karst Geoforest Park or just sit quietly and enjoy the tranquillity. Ride the steepest cable car in the world to the top of Machinchang Cambrian Geoforest Park, take in the spectacular view of the islands and walk on the longest suspension Sky Bridge in the world 660 meters above sea level. And for food lovers, there are plenty of great fresh seafood and international cuisines to be had and then some more.
